Our Staff

Monica Lloyd - Owner/Licensed Property Manager:  Monica has managed hundreds of multi-family and single-family units, set properties up for renovations, as well as managing new properties through construction and lease up in behalf of owners.

     Monica began managing multi-family housing in Florida and has 18 years serving in the property management field. She is married with 2 children/2 step-children and 7 grandchildren and devotes herself to her family. Her hobbies and interests include health, cooking, gardening, writing, biking, whitewater rafting, camping, traveling, and learning.

Becky Riebe - Bookkeeper: Becky has 20 plus years serving as a bookkeeper. She is professional and proficient in her field with excellent customer service skills.

     Becky is married and is a dedicated mom and grandma with 1 child, 2 step children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her hobbies and interests include singing, reading, learning, camping, swimming, cooking, helping family and friends, and spending time with loved ones.
