Our Staff

Monica Lloyd - Owner/Licensed Property Manager:  Monica has managed hundreds of multi-family and single-family units, set properties up for renovations, as well as managing new properties through construction and lease up in behalf of owners.

     Monica began managing multi-family housing in Florida and has 18 years serving in the property management field. She is married with 2 children/2 step-children and 7 grandchildren and devotes herself to her family. Her hobbies and interests include health, cooking, gardening, writing, biking, whitewater rafting, camping, traveling, and learning.

Chelsi Breen- Bookkeeper: Chelsi has 3 years experience in bookkeeping. She is professional and proficient in her field with excellent customer service skills. Her hobbies and interests include learning, camping, swimming, cooking, and spending time with  family and friends.
